You can change it yourself. Log in and go to Account → Profile → Edit, update your first and last name and save.
Your certificate follows automatically: it always shows your current name, so it does not have to be re-issued.
Use the “Lost your password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions in the email you receive.
If the Judges Committee sent you an invitation letter, that letter contains a password. Always use the most recent letter — a newer letter replaces the password from any earlier one.
Log in and go to Account → Settings → Security.
Please check your spam or junk folder first — the message comes from the Judge Education platform and is easily filtered out.
If it is not there, write to [email protected] and we will send it again. Please note that a new letter also contains a new password; the one from the earlier letter will stop working.
Plan for about one hour. You do not have to complete it in one sitting — your progress is saved and you can continue where you left off.
That is intentional — those lessons complete themselves. Once the video has played to the end, the lesson is marked as complete and the next one unlocks.
Let the video run to the end and do not skip ahead: skipped parts do not count.
Reload the page first. If it still does not play, try a different browser and switch off ad-blockers or privacy extensions for this site — they sometimes block the video player.
On company, school or hotel networks video streams are occasionally blocked altogether. Using a different network usually solves it.
Yes. The course unlocks step by step: each lesson becomes available once you have completed the one before it.
Three. Each attempt gives you 60 minutes and 40 questions, drawn at random from a larger pool — so the questions differ from attempt to attempt.

If you need a second or third attempt, the certificate is Silver — however well that later attempt goes. So please take the first attempt seriously, and only start it once you are ready.
You can retake the quiz; you have three attempts in total. If you do not pass in any of them, the Judges Committee will get in touch with you.
It is issued automatically once you have signed the Judges Pledge and passed the quiz. You will then find a Download certificate (PDF) button in your dashboard.
Yes. Every certificate carries a unique ID, and anyone can check it at judge.worldsdc.com/verify.
